TERMS Please telephone to ensure we have the accommodation you would like, we then require a deposit of £40.00 per person to confirm the booking. This deposit is automatically credited to your room account. All prices are per person. One person occupying a double or twin room is 50% in addition to the tariff rate. Children from 3 to 16 years have a reduction of 50% only when sharing a room with two adults, with regret we cannot take children 2 years and under. INCLUDED IN THE PRICE All rooms include tea and coffee making facilities, remote control flat screen colour television with freeview channels, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, and V.A.T. charged at the current rate. Wireless broadband internet is accessible free of charge. PAYMENT We are pleased to accept cash, cheques, debit, switch, mastercard and visa credit cards. CAR PARKING There is free car parking within the hotel grounds, but cars are left entirely at the owners’ risk, Hunters Moon is not liable for any damage to or theft from vehicles. PETS We are pleased to accept well behaved pets by prior arrangement with a charge for extra cleaning of £7.00 per day. We do ask that pets do not jump up on the beds, and that they are restricted to the stone floored hall and not the carpeted areas in the public rooms, they should not be left alone in bedrooms except during meal times. CANCELLATIONS We reserve the right to cancel a booking without liability due to any event beyond our control. In such an event the hotel will refund the deposit but shall have no further liability to the guest. INSURANCE Please insure your holiday as our cancellation policy is that all cancellations are subject to a charge of 75% of the holiday cost, less VAT, should the accommodation not be relet. However, for cancellations with notice of 3 months or more, deposits will be refunded, less a £10.00 administration fee. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES Rooms are available from 2.30 pm on the day of arrival, with check in up to 9 pm. On the day of departure rooms to be vacated by 10.30 am please. LOST PROPERTY Please contact the Hotel if, after departure, you believe you have left any items in your room - we will be happy to post any items found back to you and request postage be refunded. Any unclaimed items will be disposed of after six months. SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS Please inform us before the day of your arrival if you have any special dietary requirements. SERVICE CHARGE Service charge is not included, gratuities are entirely at the discretion of our guests, and are shared among all staff. HOURS OF MEALS Breakfast 8.15am - 9.30 am
