There is Free Car Parking within the hotel grounds, but cars are left entirely at owners risk, Hunters Moon is not liable for damage or theft from vehicles

Hunters Moon can only be responsible for valuables recieted at reception.

We are pleased to accept well behaved pets by prior arrangement, with a charge for extra cleaning of £4.00 per day. We do ask that pets do not jump up on the beds and that they are restricted to the stone floors and not the carpeted areas in the public rooms.

We are delighted to take enquiries and provisional bookings over the phone, or by email, but all provisional reservations will need to be confirmed by a £40.00 per person non-refundable deposit.Hunters Moon retains the right to remove any non confirmed bookings and to cancel bookings for unusual events outside our control, Fire, Flood, Illness etc with a refund of deposit.

Every year a number of our guests need to cancel their bookings through unforseen circumstances. With a cancellation policy of 75% of the total bill, it is important that you and your party enjoy adequate insurance cover. Please make sure your insurance policy is right for your particular circumstances, and that you have disclosed any previous medical history to the insurer..

Rooms are available from 2.30 pm on the day of arrival with check in up to 9.00 pm. On the day of departure, rooms to be vacated by 10.30 am please.
