Hunters Moon is fortunate enough to be situated adjacent to the “Byes” a National Trust river walk of approx one mile, hounds with short or long legs will find a perfect walk, right on the hotel doorstep.

The beautiful location makes for an ideal dog friendly break, discover the breath-taking Devon countryside, sandy beaches and coastal paths.

A charge of £13 per day will be charged for your dog, it is very important for you to inform the hotel if you wish to bring your pet.

The Hotel reserves some rooms dog free for allergy sufferers. If a dog visits a dog free room, a charge of £100 for specialist cleaning will be made.

We do not allow your pets into our formal dining room, they may be your best friend but others may not agree. This also applies to our lounge, we recommend staying in the stone floored area. We suggest popping your pet in the car whilst you dine or if it is very well behaved ie. does not bark or be destructive, can be left in your bedroom for the duration (please do not leave dogs in hot cars).
