Please note that Hunters Moon Hotel does not have a lift. While we offer 12 ground-floor rooms, these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed at the time of booking. Please ensure your allocated room meets your requirements.
 
If you have booked a Twin/King room, please check the notes above to confirm how your beds will be made. These rooms are prepared with twin beds unless you have requested them to be joined as a King. To change this, please notify us at least 24 hours before your arrival.
 
From the 7th December 2026 to the 1st March 2027 food service is restricted to breakfast only.

INCLUDED IN YOUR STAY
Your stay includes tea and coffee making facilities, Freeview TV, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, VAT and on-site parking (at owner’s risk).
 

DOGS
We welcome well-behaved dogs by prior arrangement at £14.00 per day (meals not included). 
 
To ensure the safety of our guests, resident chickens, and other visiting dogs, all pets must be kept on a lead at all times while in communal areas and the hotel garden.
 
For off-lead exercise, there is direct access from the hotel garden to The Byes, a National Trust Park.
 
– Access: Pets must stay within our dog-friendly bedrooms and on stone or wooden flooring in communal areas. The restaurant and carpeted section of the lounge are kept as pet-free zones.
 
– Supervision: Dogs may be left in your room only if they remain quiet. If there is a risk of barking, please leave them in your vehicle (weather permitting).
 
– Pet-Free Rooms: We maintain three dog-free rooms. You must inform us if you are bringing a dog; if a pet enters a dog-free room, a specialist cleaning fee will apply.
 

CANCELLATIONS

– Direct Bookings: Please notify us at least 48 hours before arrival. Cancellations made after this period will be charged for the first night.
 
– Booking.com: If you need to cancel or amend your dates, you must do so directly through the Booking.com website or app. Cancellations are free of charge up to seven days before arrival. For cancellations made within seven days of arrival, the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
 
– Early Departure: The full cost of the original reservation will be charged in the event of an early check-out. We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover potential curtailment. 
 
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation, with liability limited to a full refund of any prepayments.
 
 
CAR PARKING
Free parking and electric charging points are available on-site. Parking is entirely at the owner’s risk; Hunters Moon Hotel accepts no liability for theft or damage.


LOST PROPERTY
Found items can be returned by post for a £10.00 fee. Unclaimed property is disposed of after six months.
