PREPAYMENT AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION (at present this is suspended)
A charge of the first night only is required at the time of reservation, please see cancellations for further information.

Rooms are available from 15.00hrs on day of arrival and to be vacated by 10.30 on departure please.
Please note that Hunters Moon does NOT have a lift but we do have 12 rooms on the ground floor, please contact reception for a full description of availability.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
All rooms include tea & coffee facilities, free view television, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, parking and VAT.

DOGS
We are pleased to accept well behaved quiet dogs by prior arrangement, please note restrictions (with the exception of Guide Dogs) dogs are only allowed in the bedroom and stone floored hall, may we ask that unaccompanied dogs are placed in the car (when the weather is not too hot). Dogs may not join you in our dining room area, you love your pet but others may not. The price per day is £13.00. For the safety of all our customers and your dog , please keep them on a lead.

CANCELLATIONS
If a pre-payment of the first night is taken at the point of reservation, the pre-payment is non refundable or transferable unless a cancellation is notified within the terms listed below;
Reservations of one to six nights, 24 hours cancellation to be notified by 9am the previous day.
Reservations of seven nights or more, cancellation to be notified by 9am seven days before arrival.
We reserve the right to cancel a reservation with our liability only extending to a full refund of the pre-payment.

CAR PARKING
We have free parking within the hotel grounds; all parking is offered entirely at the owners risk with no liability for damage or theft from or to the vehicle accepted by Hunters Moon Hotel.

CAR CHARGING POINTS
Electric Car Charging – Hunters Moon has 21 car charging outlets at 7.3 Kwh located throughout all our parking areas, there is no need to book.
Use of the chargers is through an app. Why not complete the registration process in advance.
1. Down load the “Project EV Pro App” from the App Store or Goggle Play Store.
2. Sign up through the App including an email address and a credit card.
3. When you are ready to charge, plug your car in, use the App to scan the unique QR code plate fixed to each outlet.
4. Charge your car
You will be required to pay for the electric charge by a credit card app on your smart phone called MONTA

LOST PROPERTY
We are happy to post found property with a charge of £10.00, all orphaned property is disposed after six months.

Lunch time snacks 12.00 – 13.15
Dinner 6.30 to 7.30pm
